1.0     Returns

1.1     Can You Return A Product If You Change Your Mind?

1.1.1     Yes, here at NEO Loungewear we accept returns within a 14 day period from receiving your order. As long as the item that you wish to return is in perfect condition, still has the original tags attached and has no evidence of being worn, then it will be accepted. If you have not adhered to any of the afore mentioned conditions, it will result in you not being eligible for a refund. However, please note that in this instance you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please follow the instructions given to you in the return’s portal linked below.

1.1.2    We at NEO reserve the right to reject any returned item that we deem as damaged, worn, not in a fit state for return or out of the returns period.

1.2     My Garment Is Faulty – Can I Get A Replacement?

1.2.1     We are happy to offer a replacement to any faulty item within 30 days of the original purchase. You will be required to send us an email to ‘sales@neoloungewear.com’ including a description of the damage and an image proving the damage in order for us to assess the item. 

1.2.2     We will not offer a replacement if we believe that the damage has been caused by carelessness or misuse of the garment.

1.2.3     If you purchased your faulty item over 30 days ago then unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a replacement unless you are able to prove that the fault was evident at the time of the item arriving with you.

1.3     Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you wish to make any changes to your order, then you will need to email our admin team at ‘info@neoloungewear.com’ to explain the situation. Please be aware that if your item is already boxed and/or shipped then changes will not be able to take place and you will have to follow our return guide in section 1.1.

2.0     Refunds

2.1     How Long Will My Refund Take?

We aim to have your refund back in your account within 7 working days of us receiving back your item. This time will include our inspection process to make sure that there is no damage to the product and also the time that it could take for the refund to hit your account.

2.2     When Will I Receive an Email Notifying Me That You Have Received My Return?

We aim to notify you by email of your returned item as soon as we have processed it back into our possession. Once you have received this notification and you have confirmation that your item has passed its processing, you should expect to see your refund within 7 working days.

2.3     I Have Been Refunded Less Than My Original Purchase Amount – Why?

As long as all of the refund criteria has been adhered to then we will always refund you the full amount of your purchase. However, in the instance that you have changed your mind on an item the shipping costs of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund. If you have purchased your item in a foreign currency then there may have been a change in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of the refund which could incur a change in the amount being refunded.

3.0     Exchanges

3.1     Can I get an exchange?

No. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer exchanges unless the item is obviously faulty. If this is the case make sure to get in contact with us before returning the item.
