1.1 NEO Loungewear is a registered company within the United Kingdom under the registration number: 12777079. It is located at: 116 Speckledwood Way, Newcastle upon Tyne, England, NE13 9ED.
1.2 If at any point you need to contact NEO Loungewear regarding any questions about the terms and conditions or any matters regarding your purchases you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1.3 The following terms and conditions detail the rights of all orders placed by customer(s) (referred to as ‘you’ or ‘the customer’) on the website of neoloungewear.com or any other sub-domains that are related to the NEO brand. These terms will be in place from the moment you place an order with NEO and will be in place until your contract is over. By purchasing an item you agree to be legally bound to these terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood them before continuing with your order.
1.4 NEO reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any point. However, the parties involved will only be bound by the terms and conditions that they accepted at the date of purchase.
2.0 Pricing and Payment
2.1 The prices that the customer sees advertised on this domain or any other sub-domain are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). The shipping rates are applied per order at checkout.
2.2 NEO has the right to amend and change any details at any point without warning. This could include but is not limited to; pricing errors, promotional deals and details and descriptions regarding the product.
2.3 Please note that we do not accept payments via the following methods; cash, cheques and any other payment method that is not stated at the checkout.
2.4 All payments that are made by the customer are subject to validation and authorisation checks made by the service provider chosen by you. If, for any reason, the service provider does not authorise or allow the payment to be processed then you will be notified of this by email and/or during the checkout.
2.5 NEO reserves the right to change the price of any garment at any time without any forewarning to the customer. Any orders that are placed before the amendment to said price will not be changed and the customer will only be charged the price of the item at the time of the purchase.
3.0 Shipping and Delivery
3.1 All orders that are made on the NEO website will be dispatched from the UK. Where possible we aim to get all orders dispatched within 2 working days of making the purchase.
3.2 There is only one delivery option for the customer. The amount that you will be charged for delivery will be a fixed rate for UK delivery of £3.99. The delivery method will be presented to you at the checkout or you can find information about the options on our ‘shipping and delivery’ page.
3.3 NEO Loungewear cannot be held accountable for any delay in delivery that is for reasons beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to the following reasons; service strikes, customs, riots, weather, natural disasters, epidemics, fire, flooding, civil commotion, terrorist attacks or the threat of a terrorist attack, the failure of public or private telecommunications networks and invasion.
3.5 Please note that our couriers may not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
3.6 NEO does NOT currently offer international shipping international shipping.
4.0 Conclusion of Contract
4.1 When placing an order through the NEO website you will become subject to these terms and conditions. When placing an order on the Site you will follow the below steps:
- Browse the Site and find the product that you wish to purchase.
- Select you desired colour and size and click ‘add to cart’.
- Once you have added all the products that you wish to purchase to your cart you should select the ‘checkout’ option.
- You will then be asked to input your shipping and billing details, then press ‘continue’.
- You will then review your order to make sure that the items and your personal details are correct.
- Once you have checked to make sure the details are correct you will need to select ‘complete order’.
- You will then receive a confirmation email to the email that you provided to us at the checkout.
4.2 In the unlikely circumstances that for any reason we cannot fulfil your order requirements, an email will be sent to you to outline the reasoning for this occurrence and the possible solutions to it.
4.3 Please make sure you remember to check all the details of your order when you are given the chance to before completing your order as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. If for any reason you wish to change the detail after you have placed your order, please contact email@example.com, however, please be sure to note that cancellations and changes are not always possible.
4.4 NEO reserves the right to cancel or reject your order placed through the NEO Loungewear website for any of the following reasons:
- The product(s) is not available/not in stock
- Your order has been suspected fraudulent activity
- Your billing information is not verifiable
- We could not deliver to the address that you provided, In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes made on the website
- Force Majuere
5.0 Promotions and Offers
5.1 Only one discount code can be used per order. NEO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any discount code without further discussion.
5.2 Promotions may vary.
5.3 Prices may be subject to change.
6.0 Consumer Rights
6.1 You, the customer, have the right to withdraw from any form of media and marketing of ours that you desire to.
6.2 If you have subscribed to our promotion emails and offers then you have the right to subscribe to them at any point, all you will need to do it is email our admin team at firstname.lastname@example.org and put the word ‘remove’ in the subject area.
6.3 If you follow us on any form of social media you reserve the right to ‘unfollow’ or ‘unlike’ us at any time.
7.0 Returns and Refunds
7.1 NEO Loungewear accepts returns within 14 days of making the purchase. Please not, if you wish to return your order we will not cover any shipping costs you may incur.
7.2 In the event of you wishing to return an order it must tick all of the following criteria; original tags and labels intact, the garments must still be in perfect condition and have no evidence of ware or damage and the product must be returned in its original packaging. If any one of these criteria are not met then a refund will not be given.
7.3 Please not that in the event of a refund the shipping cost you incurred on the original purchase will not be refunded.
7.4 If you wish to return an order please be sure to contact us prior to you dispatching your item(s) with all of your relevant order details as well as a reason for your return.

9.1 NEO Loungewear owns all of our intellectual property rights on our website and in the material on it. These rights are protected by Copyrights laws worldwide.
9.2 Permission can be granted for the temporary download of a copy of any of our materials on the NEO Loungewear website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. If you were to publish any material that is of our property then you will breach the terms of this contract and may be subject to a lawful dispute if the material you have used has not been destroyed.
